This DVD covers the Hiei vs. Bui fight and the first part of the Kuwabara vs. Elder Toguro fight. Hiei vs. Bui was extremely intense, and the part of the Kuwabara vs. Elder Toguro fight that you see is pretty good too, although you don't get to see much.
Menus:
Pretty average as far as YYH goes. Nothing really special. Behind the Kanji is as cool as always, and of course you have the usual textless songs too. Nothing out of the ordinary.
Music:
Great as always. It was intense during the Hiei vs. Bui fight exactly when it needed to be, and it all fit together really well. I also like the music during the next episode previews, but maybe I'm just weird. I could imagine any of it with other music, because that just wouldn't be YYH. All of the themes fit really well.
Voices:
The English cast really does a great job here. Kurama's voice is kinda quiet at times, but he was also supposed to be worn out from his previous fight with Karasu, although I think that it could've been a bit louder. There were lots of entertaining bits of dialogue from Hiei in this one. Also, the part where Yusuke told Juri that he'd like her to remove her head from her ass was entertaining, to say the least. I also liked Sakyo's comment about him killing all his betting partners.

The Hiei vs. Bui fight was extremely intense! Unfortunately, the animation seemed to suffer in some parts of this. There's a part where Kuwabara looks more like Quazi Moto than himself, and Hiei gets some strange drawings that are supposed to pass for him as well. The animation slacks at times, but other than that, it was good.
Overall:
Even though this DVD was a present to me, it was well worth the 20 bucks my parents spent on it. My friend is a Hiei fan, and he really enjoyed it, so I'd recommend it to any Hiei fan, or anyone at all. However, I think that this DVD should have included Episode 60 just to finish the Kuwabara vs. Elder Toguro fight and make way for the Yusuke vs. Toguro fight. But you get a free YYH TCG card in it! This is a great DVD, and although the animation slacks at times, just hearing Yusuke tell Juri to remove her head from her ass makes up for it. ^_^
